Job Opportunity:

Strategic Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of partners, driving engagement and growth through targeted initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all partner-related queries, fostering strong relationships and resolving issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic plans, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Conduct thorough contract verification to ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all communication, supporting quality assurance and audit purposes.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of partner needs, preferences, and pain points, informing data-driven decisions and optimizing partnership strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular reports summarizing key metrics, trends, and insights, facilitating informed decision-making and strategic planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships account management, client success, or relationship management roles.
  • Proven ability to think strategically while executing tactically, with a focus on results-driven partnership development and maintenance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for building long-term relationships and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with advanced knowledge of formulas, functions, and data analysis techniques.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Collaborative mindset, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functional teams and stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and software, with a focus on customer journey mapping and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful partnership strategies, with a focus on driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Advanced knowledge of project management methodologies, with a focus on Agile and Scrum principles.
