Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to head our partner ecosystem development in the Indian Education sector.

This high-visibility role requires building, onboarding, and managing partnerships across various stakeholders to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy for the Indian education market
  • IDentify, engage, and onboard key partners aligned with business goals
  • Negotiate and finalize impactful partnership agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for partner success
  • Drive joint go-to-market initiatives and partner enablement
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and partner forums
  • Track, monitor, and report on partner performance and market insights

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • 10–12 years' experience in partnerships/business development/channel management (8–10 yrs relevant in education/tech)
  • Strong understanding of the Indian K-12 education ecosystem
  • Proven ability to build and manage successful partner networks
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution
