Job Title: Brand Partnership Professional

Location: Vashi, Navi Mumbai | Full-Time

We are seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a professional in brand partnerships. If you are energetic, smart and ambitious, with a hunger to learn and grow, this role is for you.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Generation & Research: Identify and research potential leads through market insights, networking, and creative outreach.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture meaningful relationships with brands, understanding their needs and helping them grow through strategic initiatives.
  • Strategic Sales: Create innovative pitches and strategies tailored to each brand, ensuring every conversation is impactful.
  • Achieving Targets: Exceed monthly targets by maintaining a strong pipeline. Track and report on outreach, conversations, and lead progression, staying on top of every opportunity.
  • Pipeline Management: Forecast and manage your pipeline to ensure steady sales growth, focusing on customer acquisition and exceeding goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 1-3 years of business development experience, ideally in marketing industries.
  • Freshers with the right skills and drive are also welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Proven success in meeting revenue goals and building lasting relationships.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • High energy, adaptability, and eagerness to thrive in a fast-evolving environment.
  • Ability to multitask and balance client expectations with precision.
