Strategic Partnership Development Manager - Education Sector India.
This high-visibility role is critical in driving the acquisition engine and engagement of Adobe products in the education market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and managing partnerships with independent software vendors (ISVs), educational publishers, ICT solution providers, affordable private school chains, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), education labs suppliers, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
The key responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector. This involves engaging with potential partners across ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations. Negotiating and finalizing partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's strategic goals is also crucial. Collaboration with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) ensures successful partner onboarding and enablement. Driving joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings is essential. Regular reporting and insights on partnership performance and market trends are also required.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy to expand Adobe's footprint in the Indian education sector.
- Identify and engage with potential partners across ISVs, publishers, ICT players, APS chains, NGOs, labs, hardware suppliers, and other education-focused organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements aligned with Adobe's strategic goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure successful partner onboarding and enablement.
- Drive joint go-to-market initiatives with partners to promote Adobe's education offerings.
- Monitor partner performance and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Represent Adobe at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to build brand visibility and thought leadership.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or channel management, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Proven track record of building and managing successful partner ecosystems.
- Strong understanding of the Indian education landscape and key stakeholders.
- Experience working in the education sector and with partner types such as ISVs, Publishers, NGOs, APS, ICT players, Labs, and Hardware Suppliers is essential.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
