Fundraising and Partnerships Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced fundraising professional to join our team as Fundraising and Partnerships Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our fundraising strategy, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and securing funding to support our organization's mission.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, corporate partners, and other external organizations.
  • Identify and pursue new funding opportunities, including grant proposals, individual giving campaigns, and major gifts.
  • Manage and coordinate all aspects of fundraising events, including planning, execution, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fundraising efforts are aligned with programmatic needs and outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space.
  • Demonstrated track record of success in securing multi-crore, multi-year partnerships and raising significant funds from CSR heads, foundations, and high net worth individuals.
  • Compelling storytelling and writing skills, with ability to translate complexity into clarity across proposals, pitches, and reports.
  • Strong grasp of India's social impact ecosystem and ability to intuit what funders value.
  • High autonomy and accountability, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and build lasting trust with stakeholders.
