Job Title: Senior Advertising Sales Director
\As a Senior Advertising Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving advertising and media sales business from corporate customers across various platforms. Your goal will be to generate significant ad revenues through networking with top-tier advertising agencies.

- Drive advertising and media sales business from corporate customers in Digital, Radio, OTT, Print media Ad Sales, Branded Activations.\
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to grow revenue.\
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and media agencies.\
- Promote the cinema advertising medium as a preferred business venue among corporates.\
- Explore and promote on-screen & off-screen branding and display, brand solutions, brand activation/integrations/innovations, property sponsorship, events & festivals, F&B display-integrations, etc.\
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition.\
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.\
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to capture them.\
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to optimize sales strategies.\
- Manage and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets.\
- Maintain accurate records and reports of sales activities and performance.\
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.\
- Other duties as assigned by management.\
- Advertising and Media Sales professional with 15 years experience in Corporate Ad-Sales, Business development.\
- Capability to generate Annual revenues of >25 Crores.\
- Good connect with media agencies.\
- Experience in driving sales growth through innovative solutions.\
- Strong relationships with key clients and media agencies.\
