Are you a seasoned leader looking to drive sales performance and cultivate a high-achieving work environment? Doo Group is seeking an experienced Call Centre Manager to lead our team of Tele Sales Executives.

About the Role

We are on the lookout for a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills. As a Call Centre Manager at Doo Group, you will set goals, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure the team delivers exceptional client service while consistently achieving sales and service targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and team productivity by setting strategic goals, monitoring progress, and providing regular coaching and training to staff.
  • Monitor, guide, and motivate the team to achieve individual and team sales targets, as well as enhance customer service delivery and client retention.
  • Conduct performance evaluations, set individual targets, and implement corrective actions as required.
  • Analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call resolution time and client retention rate to assess call centre effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes, share insights, and identify areas for improvement across the organization.
  • Maintain high standards of client relations by handling escalated client inquiries and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure all team members adhere to company policies, sales scripts, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Regularly review and refine sales scripts to maximize outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance service offerings.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in a call centre or tele sales environment, with at least 2-3 years as a Call Centre Manager or similar leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM and Microsoft Office applications, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and implement relevant strategies.
