Job Description

We are seeking a Sales Growth Manager to join our team at Snaphunt.

About the Role

This is a leadership role that offers flexible working options and a breadth of learning opportunities.

  • Research and generate lists of potential customers.
  • Nurture the database and ensure maximum customer progression.
  • Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature.
  • Help develop client relationships.
  • Learn and apply sales techniques.
  • Handle CRM and maintain sales records.
About You

You will have at least 3 years' experience within a B2B Sales / Account Executive or B2C Sales role, ideally within the Real Estate and Ecommerce / Marketplaces industry.

  • Excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Sales and Business development.
  • Strong mentor and coach who can build high performing teams.
  • Strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
