Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sr. Business Development Executive/Business Development Executive to join our team in Coimbatore. As a vital member of our professional division, you will be responsible for managing and growing our business in the salon channel.

About the Role:

As a Sr. Business Development Executive/Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing and growing our business in the salon channel, with a focus on expanding our distribution base and building healthy relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Achieving sales targets by developing and sustaining long-term relationships with existing and new distributors, salons, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Reporting daily sales using our sales app and actively managing monthly sales targets for each territory.
  • Executing our company strategy at the ground level and identifying new opportunities for growth and networking with related businesses.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree with relevant sales experience.
  • A minimum of 3 to 8 years of direct work experience in sales, especially with the salon channel/FMCD/similar products.
  • A strong distribution base especially in salons, cosmetic counters, professional retail counters, etc.
  • Healthy relationships in the cosmetic/salon trade.
  • Incumbents with experience in the salon and cosmetics industry will be highly preferred.
  • Good communication and networking skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • High on integrity and ethics.
  • Collaborative and open work style.
