Business Development Manager Job Description
We are looking for a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our commercial expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with potential clients, and driving the sales process to close deals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new business opportunities and develop a robust pipeline of leads.
- Craft compelling business proposals and contracts to secure revenue growth.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and consumer behavior to inform our offerings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to leverage our brand and messaging.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 7-8 years of experience in business development, with a track record of success in the staffing industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Additional Skills
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Language proficiency in English and Tamil.
