The Role

Job Description:

We're seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our client base.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Research and generate lists of potential customers to nurture and ensure maximum customer progression.
  • Provide input on customer briefs, presentations, and sales literature to help develop client relationships.
  • Learn and apply sales techniques to handle CRM and maintain sales records.

Ideal Profile

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience within a B2B Sales or Account Executive role, ideally within the Real Estate and Ecommerce/Marketplaces industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Sales and Business development.
  • A strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
  • A strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfortable dealing with numerical data.
