Strategic Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Strategic Growth Specialist to join our Business Development Team at Relativity Management Solutions (I) Private Limited. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads through various channels, working closely with our managers to understand LinkedIn and email marketing processes, and collaborating with our sales and marketing teams to develop lead generation strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute lead generation plans using data mining, cold calling, emailing, and business networking sites.
- Collaborate with our management team to enhance our understanding of LinkedIn and email marketing processes.
- Participate in research activities to identify target lead profiles and hierarchies within organizations.
- Maintain accurate lead status updates in our CRM software and meet or exceed targets for prospecting and lead generation.
- Provide email and chat support to prospects to set appointments and facilitate the sales process.
- Minimum 12-18 months of experience in a similar role.
- Willingness to travel as required.
- Any undergraduate or postgraduate degree is acceptable.
- A competitive estimated salary of ₹8 lakhs per annum.
