  • Manage live chats from the website

Requirements

  • 1-4 years of work experience in customer-facing IT sales
  • Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding of their needs
  • Interest in advanced technologies and willingness to learn
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams and end customers
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay focused
  • Flexibility in working different shifts and regions
