Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at Adapt.io. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for generating qualified opportunities for the company by prospecting and researching in the assigned region/market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and research companies in the assigned region/market to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Build an effective sales pipeline by researching companies and target audiences.
  • Initiate conversations with high-profile personas of companies you are prospecting.
  • Pitch the company and our products to prospects.
  • Craft creative emails and campaigns to draw the attention of prospects.
  • Manage live chats from the website.

Required Skills:

  • 1-4 years of work experience in any customer-facing IT sales role.
  • Clear, comprehensive, and effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.
  • Interest, curiosity, and openness to learning advanced technologies.
  • Ability to cross-collaborate with internal teams as well as end customers.
  • Ability to handle rejections and stay focused and self-driven.
  • Ability to manage your tasks independently.
  • Flexibility in working in different shifts/regions.
