Business Development Role

The Business Development Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Venpep Solutions. They are responsible for identifying and creating new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and contributing to the overall revenue generation of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and explore new business opportunities through networking and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Conduct market research to identify potential markets and customer needs
  • Create and present compelling business proposals
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Attend industry events to build a professional network
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to management
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in business development
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the sales process
  • Work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth client onboarding process
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • Proven track record in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market trends
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and manage time
  • Experience in building and maintaining client relationships
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Experience in developing and delivering sales presentations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Understanding of the industry and competitive landscape
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Professional and ethical conduct at all times
