Job Opportunity

MSR India Ltd., a pioneering seamless copper water bottle manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our sales efforts across India.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with achieving sales targets through efficient control of the distributor network and staff. The role involves handling general trade, key account management, and appointing new distributors for various sales categories.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet volume and value objectives within budget and policy parameters.
  • Lead a team of business development officers to recruit and sustain profitable distributor partners.
  • Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor movement to maintain sales performance.
  • Tie up with super markets, retail outlets, corporate offices, pharmacy stores, gift article shops, and other establishments to promote our product.
  • Plan and execute product demos, local campaigns, and sales promotions in various locations.
  • Appoint and manage sales forces under your supervision.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Salary: ₹10-15 lakhs per annum, depending on experience.

Location: Across India.
