Enterprise Sales Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic sales professionals to join our team at Elite Tech Park.
Job SummaryThis is a great opportunity for individuals who have completed at least a 3-month internship in sales or a related field and are eager to kickstart their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking, initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their requirements, provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present product/service offerings to potential clients in a compelling manner, negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets, collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM software, prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback, provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of a 3-month internship experience in sales or a related area.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
