About the Role

We are seeking highly motivated and dynamic sales professionals to join our team at Elite Tech Park.

Job Summary

This is a great opportunity for individuals who have completed at least a 3-month internship in sales or a related field and are eager to kickstart their career in sales.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking, initiate contact with prospects via phone, email, or face-to-face meetings.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions to meet their requirements, provide excellent customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
  3. Sales Presentations & Negotiations: Present product/service offerings to potential clients in a compelling manner, negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets, collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies.
  4. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and transactions in CRM software, prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback, provide insights and recommendations to improve sales processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of a 3-month internship experience in sales or a related area.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this role is between $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
