We are OneData Software Solutions, a leading provider of innovative software solutions for the healthcare industry. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Description:The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales initiatives and managing a small team of sales professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare industry and a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals within the healthcare sector.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a small sales team, setting performance goals and providing guidance to meet individual and team targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in sales, with a background in the healthcare industry.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and motivate a small sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Strong understanding of healthcare systems, regulatory requirements, and market dynamics.
$90,000 - $140,000 per annum
