Job Summary: The IT Director will be responsible for leading our IT department, overseeing the development and implementation of technology strategies, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and financial acumen.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the IT department, including planning, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Develop and implement technology strategies that drive business growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
• Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and emerging technologies
• Manage IT budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10+ years of experience in IT leadership roles
• Strong technical expertise in cloud computing, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
• Proven track record of successful project management and team leadership
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
