Job Title: Business Development Lead

A sales business development lead is responsible for identifying, acquiring and maintaining relationships with enterprise customers to drive revenue growth. This involves developing business strategies, working with cross-functional teams and managing customer expectations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute business plans to drive sales growth and expansion into new markets
  • Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, relationship-building and account management
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, OEMs and clients
  • Manage and analyze data to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT infrastructure and market developments
