Job Title: Business Development Lead
A sales business development lead is responsible for identifying, acquiring and maintaining relationships with enterprise customers to drive revenue growth. This involves developing business strategies, working with cross-functional teams and managing customer expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Create and execute business plans to drive sales growth and expansion into new markets
- Identify and acquire new customers through prospecting, relationship-building and account management
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with vendors, OEMs and clients
- Manage and analyze data to optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in IT infrastructure and market developments
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership and business development
- Strong understanding of Storage, Server, Networking and Security technologies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
- Positive attitude and hunger to stretch and outperform
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
