Job Title:

Business Development Manager for Inside Sales B2B SaaS Vertical

Job Description:

The Business Development Manager will lead a team of sales professionals and manage the entire inside/tele sales vertical of the organization.

  • Develop and execute strategies to effectively manage the Inside Sales Team/Process & Operations
  • Set and track sales targets for the team, driving growth through data-driven insights
  • Formulate a comprehensive plan to enhance the tele sales vertical and implement actionable solutions
  • Design the inside sales strategy, set business goals & drive execution to achieve these goals for your teams
Key Responsibilities:

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional vertical leaders in the formulation and execution of sales strategy
  • Identifying areas of improvement and implementing effective solutions to optimize performance
  • Driving customer acquisition, conversion, and retention efforts across all channels
  • Leading planning and execution of customer engagement strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, product, and tech teams

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A minimum of 12 years of experience in Cloud or SaaS B2B marketing, including acquisition, conversion, and retention expertise
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience owning pipeline growth for a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of success
  • P&L ownership with exceptional leadership and team management skills
