Lead Generation and Inside Sales Expert Wanted

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Lead Generation and Inside Sales Expert to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in IT sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate new business opportunities by making outbound calls to potential customers.
  • Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
  • Explain products and services, highlighting their value proposition and maintaining accurate lead information in the CRM.
  • Nurture and convert leads into sales opportunities through regular follow-ups.
Requirements:
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in lead generation, telecalling, or inside sales.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle rejections.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in B2B/B2C lead generation.
  • Familiarity with cold calling scripts and objection handling techniques.
