Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and target-oriented Inside Sales Executive to drive client acquisition and business growth for our recruitment services. The role involves identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and building lasting business relationships. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in inside sales, experience with lead-generation tools, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients in the recruitment domain through calls, emails, , and other online/offline channels.
  • Use tools like Lusha (or similar) to research and validate client contact information.
  • Maintain and update client data in the CRM system to ensure accuracy.
  • Pitch recruitment services to prospective clients, understand their hiring needs, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Follow up with leads to convert them into active clients.
  • Collaborate with the business development and recruitment teams to meet sales targets.
  • Track and report on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–4 years of inside sales or lead generation experience (preferably in the recruitment/staffing industry).
  • Proficiency in using lead-generation tools such as Lusha .
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
