This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced sales professional to lead a team of representatives, build strong relationships with clients, generate leads, manage accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through consultative selling and use-case analysis. Meeting sales targets is crucial, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential (English and Hindi). A good business development manager can earn incentives that are more than their monthly salary on achieving monthly targets.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field and ~2+ years of experience in inside sales and sales management. Experience with CRM tools or technology industries is a plus.
