About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Sales Manager to join our team at Maruti Suzuki India Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and achieving business objectives in your assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and increase market share in the territory.
  • Manage and monitor dealer sales performance, providing feedback and guidance to ensure optimal sales and sales support.
  • Recruit, guide, and motivate dealer staff to achieve high levels of performance and motivation.
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance teams to ensure timely billing and dispatches, and settlement of dealer claims.
  • Handle sales support activities such as M-Insurance, M-Finance, True Value, and Maruti Genuine Accessories.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure adherence to Maruti Suzuki India Limited policies, systems, and processes.
Requirements
  • MBA/PGDM (Full Time) from a UGC/AICTE approved college/institute.
  • 1-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • PAN India location.
