Key Responsibilities
  • We are seeking a skilled Sales Account Manager to oversee all customer account management matters and develop strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • As a Sales Account Manager at Webvillee Technology Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts, closing agreements to maximize profits, and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions.
  • You will develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors, and clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Additionally, you will forecast and track key account metrics, prepare reports on account status, and collaborate with the sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.
Requirements and Skills
  • A proven track record as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or relevant role is essential.
  • You must be able to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office, particularly MS Excel, is required.
  • You must be able to deliver client-focused solutions to customer needs and juggle multiple account management projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, are essential.
  • A BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field is required.
