Strategic Account Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Corporate Account Manager to join our team at Tata AIA Life Insurance. As a Corporate Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive wallet share in allocated bank branches with a focus on product mix
* Achieve pre-set business targets on ANP, case count, active branch, active sales staff, and various KPIs for designated branches
* Work jointly with the Branch Manager on Business Implementation plans
* Drive and motivate branch staff, along with Bank RM, and provide support for logging in applications sourced
* Tap into the right database of the branch and ensure authentic documentation
* Build relationships with Bank Sales/operations teams and ensure business targets and productivity targets of allocated branches are met effectively
* Prospect and meet customers within and outside the branch as required
* Develop, agree, and implement short-term and long-term plans to achieve sales targets
* Achieve branch RM activation targets
* Work collectively with Bank Sales/operations teams and conduct joint sales calls as a team to achieve business numbers
* Seek commitment from partners towards achievement of business objectives
