We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Client Partner to join our team at Webvillee Technology pvt ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding relationships with our key clients.
This role offers an opportunity to grow within our company while gaining valuable experience in account management.
Responsibilities- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
- Understand clients' business objectives to propose tailored solutions that meet their unique needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, product, etc.) to execute account strategies and meet client needs.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor account performance, analyze data, and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Act as a client advocate, ensuring their voice is heard within the organization.
- Resolve any issues or concerns promptly to maintain client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to provide strategic insights to clients.
- Negotiation Skills to effectively communicate with clients and internal teams.
- Strategic Thinking to identify opportunities for growth and develop tailored solutions.
- Relationship Building skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Effective Communicator to ensure clear and concise communication with clients and internal teams.
- Proactive approach to identify opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or similar role, with 3-5 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.
