Purpose of the Job

As a key member of our team, the Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring sales and service delivery in their assigned territory. This includes front-ending relationships with customers and acting as a single point of contact for all three lines of business: Data, Voice, and Fixed Line.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver Data, Voice, and Fixed Line installations as per assigned targets

• New account break-in (hunting) for Data, Voice, and Fixed Line

• Cross-sell multi-product lines in existing and new customers

• Build and maintain a healthy funnel for all three Lines of Business with earmarked levels of maturity

• Monitor competition's customer offerings and plan sales interventions for different classes of clients

Requirements

Education: Min. Qualification: Graduate (BE/Graduation/MBA)

Experience: 1-5 years

Age: Upto 30 years

Target Organizations: ISP/SI (HP/Dell), FSEs from Telcos, Wireline, IT/ITeS, BFSI, any relationship-based selling
