Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Location: East Yorkshire & North Humberside Area

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in East Yorkshire & North Humberside Area. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a sales plan for the allocated territory
  • Proactively expand the customer base by identifying and targeting new prospect accounts
  • Maintain exceptional standards of customer service
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer accounts
  • Assess the profitability of sales deals and opportunities and negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 18 months experience in field-based selling
  • Demonstrated success in selling tangible products B2B using a solutions-based approach
  • Strong negotiation skills coupled with strategic thinking
  • Ability to plan and execute effective new business sales campaigns
  • Highly self-motivated with perseverance, energy, and resilience
