Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in East Yorkshire & North Humberside Area. As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a sales plan for the allocated territory
- Proactively expand the customer base by identifying and targeting new prospect accounts
- Maintain exceptional standards of customer service
- Cultivate and sustain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer accounts
- Assess the profitability of sales deals and opportunities and negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts
Requirements:
- Minimum of 18 months experience in field-based selling
- Demonstrated success in selling tangible products B2B using a solutions-based approach
- Strong negotiation skills coupled with strategic thinking
- Ability to plan and execute effective new business sales campaigns
- Highly self-motivated with perseverance, energy, and resilience
