Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Telescopp. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving and overseeing the entire sales process, ensuring successful deal closures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive and oversee the entire sales process, ensuring successful deal closures.
  • Proactively arrange and conduct online and offline meetings with key decision-makers.
  • Strategically build and maintain a robust lead funnel from the database, consistently achieving deal closures.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of 100% adherence to Sales Tracker/CRM hygiene.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to build strong rapport and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders.
  • Employ sophisticated consultative techniques, including meticulous pre-call planning and effective questioning.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and follow-up abilities, maintaining in-depth knowledge of renewable energy technologies and market trends.
  • Identify key decision-makers among outbound leads to initiate and streamline the sales process.
  • Successfully manage multiple calls and meetings simultaneously, with acute attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical skills for effective sales analysis and forecasting.
  • Outstanding listening, influencing, and presentation abilities.
  • Confidence and perseverance as a risk-taker, thriving in a high-performance, high-growth environment.
