Sales Role for Solar Grid-Tied Solutions

As a Business Development Manager for Solar Grid-Tied Solutions at RC Project Consultancy (RCPC), you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation in the domestic, residential, industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors.

Product Portfolio:

Our product range includes SPV Grid-tie Inverters (Grid-Tied Inverter/Hybrid), catering to various customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identification of potential distributors, dealers, and system integrators in targeted territories and developing strategies for maximum market penetration.

• Creation of a strong channel network by appointing suitable distributors and dealers, ensuring projected channel expansion in respective territories.

• Lead generation and customer visits to maintain healthy relationships.

• Converting leads into revenue-generating opportunities through end-to-end sales solutions, including customer visits, techno-commercial offer preparation, negotiation, and finalizing deals.

• Development of sales practices and procedures to enhance brand visibility and product reach to potential customers.

• Coordination with the downline team for their daily sales activities and tour plan adherence.

Essential Requirements:

• Strong liaisoning with Discoms for brand implementation.

• A pleasing personality with good presentation and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and have a young and dynamic approach.

• Good command over English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with sales knowledge through GEM portal will be an added advantage.
