Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the sales function within allocated clusters
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distributors and retailers
  • Expand and manage the sales network
  • Provide retailers with product updates and market intelligence
  • Monitor market trends and competitors' activities
  • Collect feedback from retailers and ensure product availability
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales or a related field
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques

We offer a competitive salary range of 18K to 20K per month and two-wheelers for our employees.
