As a Client Development Manager at Epsilon, you will play a key role in renewing contracts, upselling relevant services, and providing financial projections to advertisers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop affiliate marketing strategies that deliver high-impact results for clients.
  • Coach clients on how to best execute these strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with client performance management teams.
  • Define platform feature enhancements as a product stakeholder on behalf of advertisers.
  • Grow CJ client revenues and forecast revenue growth, upside, and risk.
  • Develop best practices, content, and tools for clients and publish them in various channels.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5–10 years of experience in marketing, ideally digital performance marketing
  • Capability to develop thoughtful strategies to grow advertiser programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Analytics, Accounting, and Technology teams
  • Deliver high-quality service and results to clients while meeting financial expectations
  • Proven leadership and coaching skills
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for innovation and technology
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • You are respectful of varying opinions and perspectives

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
