We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Ambassador at Novotel in Mumbai, India.

Job Description:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a warm smile, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guests with a friendly demeanor and ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Providing personalized assistance with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
- Managing room assignments, guest accounts, and billing processes with precision and attention to detail.
- Coordinating with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
- Handling reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
- Processing payments and handling cash transactions accurately.
- Ensuring the front desk area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Assisting with concierge services, including arranging transportation and making reservations.
- Supporting team members during peak hours and handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
Estimated Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, depending on experience.
Requirements:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
- Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with front desk duties.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued, especially in languages common among our international guests.
