Job Title: Front Desk Executive
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Executive to join our team at FOLKS VFX. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling front desk activities, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Activities: Handle end-to-end front desk activities, including receiving and directing guests, handling queries and complaints, and maintaining a filing system of all required documents.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a professional and pleasant experience for our guests.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including booking tickets and preparing visa documentation.
- Inventory Management: Work closely with the Admin team to maintain an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
- Logbook Maintenance: Maintain a visitor, attendance, and material logbook.
- Security: Handle front desk security and third-party office staffs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Any bachelor's degree.
- Experience: 4 plus years of experience as a front desk representative, or in any relevant position.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge of MS Office, excellent communication, written, and people skills, good at multitasking, time management, and organizational skills, problem-solving ability with analytical skills, and a people-oriented and professional attitude.
