About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Front Office Associate to join our dynamic team at Accor Hotel in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Check-in/Check-out: Warmly greet and welcome guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.
  • Guest Assistance: Provide friendly and professional assistance with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
  • Room Assignments and Billing: Manage room assignments, guest accounts, and billing processes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Guest Needs and Issues: Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Reservation Modifications and Cancellations: Handle reservation modifications, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
  • Hotel Amenities and Local Attractions: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and local attractions to provide informed recommendations to guests.
  • Payment Processing and Cash Transactions: Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Front Desk Maintenance: Ensure the front desk area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
  • Concierge Services: Assist with concierge services, including arranging transportation and making reservations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Multitasking and Prioritization: Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software quickly.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Problemsolving skills with a proactive approach to addressing guest concerns.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus.
  • Availability: Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Professional Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Physical Abilities: Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with front desk duties.
