  • Escort guests to their rooms, providing information about hotel facilities and services.

  1. Guest Arrival and Departure
  • Greet guests with a warm welcome and ensure a smooth check-in process.
  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities and services.
  • Assist with luggage handling and escort guests to their rooms.
  • Bid farewell to departing guests and ensure a smooth check-out process.
Luggage Handling and Storage
  • Safely transport guest luggage to and from rooms, ensuring proper handling and storage.
  • Maintain accurate records of stored luggage and adhere to security protocols.
Concierge Services
  • Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
  • Arrange transportation services such as taxis, airport transfers, and car rentals for guests.
Safety and Security
  • Monitor and ensure the security of guest belongings during transportation and storage.
  • Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and colleagues.
Communication and Coordination
  • Liaise with Front Office, Housekeeping, and other departments to fulfill guest requests promptly.
  • Maintain effective communication with colleagues to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of local attractions and transportation options is an advantage.
Estimated Salary

$45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience.
