About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Ashwin Sheth Group. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities- Welcome and thank guests with a smile
- Coordinating and maintaining liaison with various departments to handle all guest requests
- Development and implementation of New Guest Relationship Program, coordination of various tasks
- Updating MIS reports
- Front Desk operations, welcoming clients, guiding them to the concerned departments
- Handling of Guest queries, Complaints and requests
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership quality
- Innovative and dynamic
- Presentable attitude and responsible for handling the guest with utmost care
