Customer Relationship Liaison

As a key representative of Savvy Search, you will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our valued customers. Your exceptional communication skills and ability to understand customer needs will ensure their satisfaction and drive long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, test drives, and vehicle selection
- Coordinate service appointments and maintain timely completion of maintenance tasks
- Analyze customer feedback to enhance services and improve overall experience
- Develop and maintain a network of satisfied customers through personalized service
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (desired)
- 2-6 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in sales or automotive sectors
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- A competitive salary ranging from Rs. 3,60,000 to Rs. 4,80,000 per annum
- Performance-based monthly increments and incentives
