We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Liaison to join our team at The Lubrizol Corporation. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our customers and commercial division, while also serving as a link between internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to provide quality service to customers

• Lead on issues around service quality of products shipped from any of the Lubrizol facilities to regional customers

• Provide efficient responses to customer orders, inquiries, and problems to ensure complete customer satisfaction

• Create and maintain customer, sales, and other departmental links to promote cooperation, professional communication, and good customer service

Order Processing:

• Receive purchase orders from customers, process local sales orders into the system, and inform global counterparts as needed

• Provide order confirmation and material availability dates to customers

• Give necessary feedback on the progress to both internal and external customers

• Coordinate with the commercial team to maintain inventory and work with the plant/samples warehouse team to ensure timely delivery

• Invoicing: Ensure all goods shipped in a given month are invoiced in the same month (Subject to change)

Import/Export Processing:

• Serve as a focal point of contact for import/export shipment customs clearance processes

• Coordinate between internal and external stakeholders for shipment clearance activities

• Maintain documents as per compliance requirements

• Ensure legal and customs compliance of the entire process and documentation

Management Reporting:

• Regularly review open order reports with the commercial team

• Report monthly sales reports to all stakeholders

• Report customer complaints and their closure

Requirements:

• Graduate degree from a reputable university/institution (Science - Chemistry degree preferred)

• Minimum 10-12 years of experience in core supply chain functions

• Formal learning degree/certificate course in Supply Chain Management/Material Management/Import/Export

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with experience in handling supply chain activities, including customer service, import/export clearance, and working on E-commerce platforms. Knowledge of SAP and excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required.
