Job Overview

Talent Corner is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Liaison Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing administrative support for the smooth execution of operations, ensuring timely acknowledgment and resolution of client feedback and concerns.

About the Role
  • This position requires a strong graduate background with excellent communication skills and knowledge of EPABX systems.
  • The ideal candidate will be presentable, diligent, and able to attend calls efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Administrative Support: Provide timely and efficient administrative support to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.
  2. Client Feedback Management: Ensure all client feedback and concerns are acknowledged and resolved within pre-defined timelines.
  3. Grievance Closure: Close client grievances in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  4. Call Handling: Attend calls diligently and respond promptly to client queries.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Graduate Degree: Any graduate degree is acceptable.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • EPABX System Knowledge: Basic knowledge of EPABX systems is required.
  • Presentation Skills: The ability to present oneself professionally is crucial.
Estimated Salary Range

R6,000 - R10,000 per month, depending on location and experience.
