Customer Liaison Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Liaison Representative to join our team at THE OAK INSTITUTE. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with clients and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Greeting and Directing Calls: Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate party, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
- Phone Answering: Answer the phone in a timely manner and direct calls to the correct offices, minimizing wait times and ensuring calls are handled promptly.
- Filing Systems: Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems for all partners, maintaining organization and accessibility of important documents.
- Scheduling and Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements and schedule meetings based on all partners' itineraries, ensuring seamless coordination and effective time management.
- Competitive Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, commensurate with experience
