Customer Experience Liaison

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Destino Infotech Pvt Ltd. As a Customer Experience Liaison, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and solutions to their queries.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will work closely with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1-3 years of relevant work experience and possess excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work is also essential.
Responsibilities- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat, providing knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to meet customer requirements.
- Perform data entry in various platforms to maintain accurate records.
- At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work.
The estimated salary for this position is ₹25,000 - ₹40,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
