We are seeking a Growth Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives across Sales, Marketing, and Operations. This role requires strong analytical and project management skills to develop business insights and implement data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Leading business data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Building dashboards in Excel/Google Sheets/BI tools to track key performance indicators.
  • Partnering with marketing to connect web traffic → lead generation → CRM → revenue attribution.

Additional Key Responsibilities include:

  • Conducting ongoing market research to identify new business opportunities and competitive trends.
  • Developing mini-strategies for growth experiments (new geographies, verticals, or customer segments).
  • Preparing concise reports & recommendations for leadership decision-making.

Other Responsibilities include:

  • Managing CRM automations (lead workflows, pipeline hygiene, triggers, integrations).
  • Supporting sales enablement by preparing pitch materials, case studies, and data-backed insights.
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements for sales efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
