We are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Business Development Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, collecting and validating customer documents, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Identifying potential business opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them;
  2. Collecting and validating customer documents, including identification and creditworthiness checks;
  3. Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including audit and RBI requirements;
  4. Developing relationships with customers and vendors, and identifying opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling;
  5. Collaborating with the management team to develop and implement sales strategies and plans.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to think critically and outside the box;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
