
Strategic Business Development Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the position of Strategy & Business Associate. This role is a perfect blend of sales execution and strategic contribution.
As a Strategy & Business Associate, you will be responsible for prospecting clients, suggesting properties, arranging site visits, and closing deals in line with monthly sales targets. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance our presence in the market, strengthen lead generation, improve sales conversions, and support team expansion.
Sales & Client Engagement- Identify and connect with potential clients through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and suggest suitable office space options.
- Coordinate and conduct property visits with clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to drive repeat business.
- Develop strong relations with operators such as WeWork, Cowrks, Awfis, Smartworks, and others to ensure priority access to inventory.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Represent us professionally in all client and operator interactions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to create strategies for stronger market presence.
- Suggest ideas and directions for still and video creatives that can boost digital lead generation.
- Recommend sales conversation strategies to improve client engagement and closure rates.
- Contribute to team expansion strategies in your region, including inputs on hiring and scaling business operations.
- Suggest revenue-enhancement strategies to maximize profitability from the market.
- Share market intelligence, competitor insights, and innovative business development approaches.

- Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory if proven experience).
- 0–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or real estate (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English & Hindi (Marathi is a plus).
- Confidence in handling client calls and in-person meetings.
- Willingness to travel across your region for site visits.
- Goal-oriented with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Creative thinker who can contribute ideas for marketing, sales strategies, and business growth.
