This role offers the opportunity to work with a global team and contribute to our company's success. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Research and identify potential clients in target markets.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social media outreach.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Understand client needs and present suitable solutions to address their requirements.
- Sales Pipeline Management:
- Manage and update the CRM system with client information.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities to close deals effectively.
Market Research:
Analyze market trends and competitor activities. Provide insights and feedback to improve business strategies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to achieve targets. Support team initiatives to increase overall revenue and brand visibility.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience:
- No prior experience is required; freshers are welcome.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients across different cultures.
Technical Skills:
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
- Familiarity with professional networking platforms is advantageous.
Other Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
