Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Junior Human Resources Business Partner to join our team at our headquarters in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, fixed-term employment position.
The HR Business Partner will collaborate closely with various departments to support business objectives through effective HR strategies and management.
Responsibilities- Partner with departments to drive HR initiatives that align with organizational goals.
- Manage employee relations by addressing staff concerns promptly and effectively, fostering a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
- Provide conflict resolution support, mediating disputes and guiding managers and employees through the resolution process.
- Adopt, implement, and maintain HR policies to ensure consistency and transparency in HR practices.
- Utilize HRIS for efficient data management and to support the entire HR lifecycle.
- Generate meaningful HR reports and analyses to inform organizational strategy and improve HR processes.
