Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team at Artha Energy Resources. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies aligned with our business objectives and organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational goals.
  • Mobilize and demobilize manpower as needed.
  • Recommend, develop, and streamline corporate HR policy and procedures.
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership in HR practices, policies, and programs.
  • Perform background checks and obtain security approvals.
  • Identify potential legal risks and address them proactively.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and selection.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies and educational institutions.
  • Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance handling.
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and liaise between employees and management.
  • Develop and implement workplace health and safety programs.
  • Streamline and improve employee attendance, leave record maintenance, and holiday planning.
  • Ensure minimum workforce to avoid manpower shortage.
  • Coordinate with management for annual salary review and bonus programs.
  • Formulate overtime strategies to decrease overtime.
  • Administer and process monthly employee payroll, overtime, and accruals.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training and development programs.
  • Support career development and succession planning initiatives.
  • Coordinate with department heads to prepare job descriptions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and implement necessary adjustments.
  • Oversee salary administration, benefits programs, and compensation planning.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking and ensure competitive pay structures.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports to drive data-informed decision-making.
  • Monitor key HR performance indicators and implement improvements as needed.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.
  • Manage HR staff, provide guidance, and ensure high levels of employee engagement and performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, solar industry, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Proven experience managing a workforce of 500 employees.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
